*Note this product is designed firm, but has some give. We spend so much time hunched over a desk, computer and phone, that we need to take time to support extension and flexibility in our spine!  The Ultimate Back Roller is everything you ever wanted in a back roller and more! FOR EVERYONE:  This roller is designed to be used by everyone!  Whether you are a yogi looking for the next generation yoga wheel; a runner; a mom/dad with back pain; an elite cross fitter or powerlifter; or just someone looking to support healthy spinal motion! SPINE GAP:  When you roll your back on a basic flat roller, you are actually jamming the spinal segments and restricting motion as you roll- the exact opposite of what you are trying to achieve!  Our revolutionary design was created to support natural spinal movement and enhance overall mobility. HOLDS 1000lbs:  We created a roller that can support 1000lbs!   That means you don’t have to worry about it breaking under you! This roller is built from the highest quality tough molded foam in the world. HEIGHT / WIDTH: This roller is designed at 11 inches tall which is the perfect height to increase leverage and allow you to create extension.  It is also stable at 7.5 inches wide.  So it won’t tip over when you are rolling. INVENTED BY A CHIROPRACTOR:  our very own Dr. Sonia Pasquale created this Patent Pending Design! TRAVEL FRIENDLY: While this Roller is definitely a beast, it will easily fit in all backpacks and suitcases! It will be your new favorite travel buddy!

Where has this been all my life? I’m a nurse, so yeah, my back hurts. I have knots and kinks that I’m always trying to stretch and message away… I came here to look at reviews for a similar product that I saw on Facebook and was disappointed. After some browsing I saw this product, and the bumps looked like just exactly what I needed. Let me tell you, I could not be happier with this product! Those bumps find every knot and kink in my back. I use it on my yoga mat (my son tried it on the bare floor and it kind of rolled out…

Great deep tissue massage I am a yoga wheel enthusiast. Have 12 and 15 inch great for opening the spine and stretching muscles. This wheel adds the foam roller concept as well. There are 4 rows of knobs, if you center your spine in middle of the rows it gives the deepist erector spinae massage I have ever experienced. The more you relax the deeper the massage get. I am hoping for a 15 inch version

… on here when I bought but it was a good one, and so glad he mentioned it took … I was nervous since there was only 1 review on here when I bought but it was a good one, and so glad he mentioned it took a week to get used to the firmness, since it definitely did, but I love it. Best part is it always immediately cracks my back, and love the large diameter to really get a good stretch. I still use my foam roller (especially on my neck) but this makes an awesome compliment. Kudos to the chef!
