Excellent support, can be uncomfortable for extended periods. I’ll spare you all the story of my injury, but suffice to say I had a grade 2 talofibular and calcaneofibular sprain. I’m still in recovery, and this product is currently very valuable in aiding in my recovery. I had to change my workboot to accomodate the bulk of the brace , as I wear very form-fitting boots normally, but this is not to the detriment of the product’s quality.
