The belt is constructed with stinky toxic plastic. Smells like skunk. I don’t like the belt is made with that stinky plastic Smells like skunk when I use it. For $200 you would think it could be made with good material. Very disappointed with that.. You get an exercise video and good advice from Dr Ho with it.I guess I’m too heavy to use it properly because it keeps sliding up until it’s at my chest – inflated or not. Great for sciatic problems I have had disc problems for 8 years. I had 3 epidural steroid injections, one worked for one year the others did not work at all. I paid 3500.00 for a 3week table spinal compression treatment it worked fine until I was going back for maintenance and the girl operating it did not know what she was doing and hurt my back again that’s when I bought Dr. Ho’s belts and it is working great.
