Posture Brace should be worn for 3-4 hours daily. The first couple of days wear it for 15-25 minutes only, then add 20 minutes every day. Your back and shoulders will slowly adjust and you will build muscle memory for the right posture.

Avoid over-tightening which will cause excessive tension. Wearing a posture support for an extended period of time is never idea. It should only be used as a training tool to help retrain you posture to normalcy. Posture Corrector is not designed to be slept in, doing so can do more harm than good.

The Adjustable Back Brace with Lumbar Pad helps provide relief from injuries and strenuous activity to keep you active. Recommended to help relieve lower back pain from strains, sprains and muscle spasms.

This comfortable posture brace is the most cost effective way to prevent slouching and long term pain that’s associated with it. With straighter posture during all of your daily activities spinal pressure on your discs is relieved, reducing pain and in some cases inflammation due to bad posture.

The waist belt and shoulder straps are fully adjustable to give you an exact custom fit that molds to your body. For the best comfort, it is recommended that you wear it over an undershirt.

Belt is to be worn directly on a body or cotton clothes.

Good for kyphosis As a young adult with kyphosis and mild scoliosis, I was looking for something that would help me correct my posture before I do some permanent damage. While there isn’t a whole lot you can do for a mild case of scoliosis, I read that through exercise, stretching and the use of a good brace you can reverse kyphosis. This brace helped to stretch the pectoral muscles, giving my trapezius muscles a break. It was a little uncomfortable at first, but after 2 or 3 days the soreness in my chest and…

If you have really bad posture this should work. I bought this because I have a really bad back. I don’t have the worst posture in the world, but I know when I am sitting, driving and such I slouch and my posture is not great. I figured that part of my problem was probably that my posture was giving me my back problems. Well…ugh I really just don’t know how I feel about this brace now that I have it. I will give you my thoughts on it and let you decide for yourself.

Good product It was just like the others had reviewed the product. I only wish the upper straps were made of a tougher elastic as they will stretch out. I am a sewer so I have plans to put stronger elastic when that happens. Overall it is a well made product. There was no option on colors. I would like it better if in white or beige. I wear it to bed and can sleep several hours in it. It prevents me from curling up in my thoracic region. You have to put the waist part on first. There are no directions on…
